Top Clan League (TCL) is organized by Rekka, the established large-scale team league combines the characteristics of various leagues in Japan and abroad, and also hopes to allow Taiwanese players to break out of their own world and create a myth of individuals and teams together. Each team will send 5 players each to compete in a score-based league match. Let's find out who will become the best team here! ♦ Notes: After you pay by paypal, please provide your transaction proof to me or Flishren like this for checking everything is fine(Note team name is better for clarfying). Notification:

1.Please make sure your team can play during 8a.m-12p.m or 8p.m-12a.m(EDT).These two periods are our league main match times.We don't want to see you play at 1p.m because there isn't any MoD at here can't help you deal any controversy.(at that time most of us are sleeping)
2.After we confirm you register successfully, please provide your team icon,team introduction,member and id lists to me before 10/26 9:00(EDT) and make sure all of members join our discord.

1. In our Discord, there is a channel for finding teams. Attach your player information there, which card groups you have, etc., so that everyone can know you better.

2. Wait for the team that is looking for members to DM you to join them.

● Important additions:

☑️ If you don't want to participate in the competition, you can join our Discord community to watch the competition live.

☑️ Be more confident in yourself. Maybe you are stronger than you think. Everyone has the opportunity to participate. Do you want to have a stage where you can prove your strength? This is the best place.

☑️ A small registration fee will be charged to each team at the beginning of the 5th Season, and of course the Champion Team can get their prize money.

● 如何進行：
雙方各派出5位選手，每位選手只能携帶1副牌組并且不得更換（牌組依照最新禁卡表的規定，比賽前公佈禁卡表也立即生效，届時會使用無限制房間），進行比分制車輪賽（可以參考RWars的規則，但是少一名玩家）。

● 隊伍必須於比賽前20分鐘於各自的頻道繳交卡表和上場名單，而且牌組名稱必須寫下玩家的名稱（請參考範例），以裁判可以辨識的程度，並合成一張圖片，請避免編輯繳交的圖片訊息，以免造成誤會。如果牌組資訊上有任何問題以牌組本身和裁判的評斷為主，在繳交期限之前必須要修改的部分請務必清楚的在隊伍頻道説明，以裁判是否理解的評斷為主。

♦ 懲處：
若牌組繳交不符合規定或不清楚 / 卡表不不符上場牌組等，開賽後該選手還未上場被發現則給予一次警告并且要求立刻修改牌組；如果該選手已經比賽完畢後才被發現，該隊伍會被判1次警告，并且DQ該選手，其贏下來的部分都會加到對手的分數，對手分數超過6分則對手獲勝，未達到6分則把未上場的賽事找時間另外完成。牌組繳交範例請参考下面的範例圖片：

● 計分方式：
每位選手的牌組都代表一命，整場比赛雙方皆有一次RE(復讀)的機會,RE只能使用在下列兩種情形,且必須向裁判和封手告知才可使用，否則将一敗 + 沒收RE的機會。

● *只能使用在0-1的選手，且必須要在落敗當下就使用（不能等再换了一個人輸了後才説要RE上一位選手)。

● *若到最後一位選手時尚未使用RE,即使該選手的戦績不是0-1仍可使用。

● 時間限制：
為了保證聯赛的流暢度,必須在決門重温上願示的時間後6分鐘内，在對戰頻道提出下一位選手或者Repeat，提出訊息時間以Discord顯示的時間為主,然後在提出訊息後3分鐘内選手必須出現在決門桌上，以上不計算秒只計算分鐘。

♦ 懲處：
若在6分鐘内没看到下一位選手/Repeat訊息也没看到任何選手上桌，則直接判少1位選手上場資格；如果在宣告下一位選手以前就先開始決門，祭出警告一次；如果在提出下一位選手後3分鐘内没上桌；判該選手DQ。

● 名單告知：
賽前請記得将上場名單和下一位選手清楚告知對手

懲處:
賽前5分鐘内必須告知對手你門的選手名單，否則将給予該隊1支警告，之後裁判會協助張貼名單再開始比賽。

● 断線處理：以決門室的記錄為標準，若有記錄則請断線者出示断線截圖，如果是黑屏没有決門畫面可以重賽,否則是1敗,可以RE。

● 只有當周出戰的選手，裁判以及直播主才可進房，若發現非參賽選手進房将以整隊DQ敗計算，由於該判決會因發生時間上的不同而有差異，相關處理方式以主辦為凖，觀戰部分，如果没有直播可以使用，如果有直播請盡量不要使用，如果因此洩漏了房號给外人，且被認定屬實，祭出警告2支。

● 關於選手ID的部分：選手的ID如果和缴交的不一致過多(認定:超過2個数字)則懲處視同卡表錯誤。

● 判罰説明：隊伍DQL（0-6），DQW（6-5），一個警告隊伍小分扣2。

● 決鬥者離開桌子的特殊規定:
老量到有作弊的嫌疑但是同時也可能是遊戯方面的bug，因此，如果有離開桌面被發現，則必須提供下一場比賽的牌組截圖，此規定如果對手或者裁判在下一場決鬥開始前没有提出來則無效，如果没有提供截圖，該選手DQL。

● 請記得尊重對手、裁判和主辩，雖然本聯賽沒收錢但也不是能讓你随便的地方。隊伍有成員對於比賽應遵守的细節態度散漫或是在聊天頻道爭吵，如果經由裁判勸導後不聽勸，裁判有權力視情況給予懲處，嚴重者将直接禁賽。

● 決鬥進行中的爭議請當下tag裁判提出，下一場決鬥會中断並延長時間到判決結果出爐，如果決鬥已经開始則不會停下來，請完成該場比賽。判決出爐後必須在2分鐘内提出下一位玩家，之後2分鐘内上桌，違反比照前面超時辨理。

● 帝王條款：
一切都以裁判/MOD當下的判決為準，規則可能會有臨時的變動或者修訂，有異議可以把想法清楚理性地寫下來，之後交给MOD們討論判断，必要的話可能做出重賽等處分，對待裁判/MOD不槽貌者視程度嚴懲。

● How to play: Each team declares 5 players with one deck. Deck have no restriction on Skill and Archetype (Deck must follow the latest-Banlist, even the banlist is released on the match day we will still apply, we may create unlimited room if necessary) with Score-Based League Wars (You can refer to the rules of RWars, but one player less).

● Each Teams must submit their Lineup and Decklist on their respective channels 20 minutes prior to the match. All of players need to write down their nicknames on their decklists for MoD and Referee Identify Purpose (please refer to examples) , unified use Konami URL to submit your decklists in case of any unnecessary misunderstanding. If there is any problem about the decklists, referees will judge it by your deck information. And if you want to change your decklists before match starts, you have to explain and note the new deck information clearly.

♦ Punishment:
If MoD or referee discovers the decklist team submitted do not follow the banlist/skill is unclear/decklist does not correspond with player uses…before match starts we will ask this player to revise it and a warning will be given. However if MoD or referee discovers this problem after the match and the player has used illegal deck getting several victories, he will be disqualified and a warning will be given. The scores he had won will be added to opponent part.

● How to work:
Every deck represent the player life. In all of match both team have an opportunity to use repeat. Repeat only can use in 2 situations. You have to call to referee and opoonent in advance or a DQ lose will be given and you can not use repeat in this match anymore.

● *Only can use on the player whose record is 0-1 when he loses the game(You can not declare repeat for former player when it turns to next player).

● *If you still do not use repeat until last player, even his record is not 0-1 you still can use repeat when he loses.

● Time Keeping:
To make league works fluently, each team must declare next player or repeat at match channel in 6 minutes after duel replay appears. The time team declares is based on discord. The player must appear on the table in 3 minutes after team declares(Timer only counts for minutes without seconds).

♦ If we do not see next player on the table/no repeat and next player declares in 6 minutes after duel room replay appears, a DQ loss will be given to next player; If next player started to duel before leader/co-leader announces, a warning will be given; lf next player is not on the table in 3 minutes after declaring, he will be disqualified.

● About lineup: Remember to exchange yourlineup and declare next player to referee and your opponent.

Punishment:
You need to tell yourlineup to your opponentin 5 minutes before match starts Oral warning will be given, then referee will help to exchange the lineup.

● Disconnection：Depend on duel room record. Ifthere is record please ask disconnect player provide screenshot. If the screen is black and no duel image you can ask for restart. Or a game lose will be given. (still can repeat)

● Only the players on match lineup, referee and streamer can enter the room. If we discover non-player enters duel room the team that non-player belongs will be disqualified. This punishment will have diffenences about when the event happens, MoD Will judge it. About spectuate part if there is not any stream you can use spectuate number, if there is stream please do not use it if possible. Because if you reveal room number to other people, and caught by direct evidence 2 warnings will be given.

● About Players ID: If ID does not correspond with the submitted one(excess 2 numbers different with submitting one) will be judged as wrong deck.

● Judgement Regulation: Team DQ Loss (0-6), Team DQ Win (6-5), a warning (Team total points -2).

● About player leaves the table:
It has cheating suspicion but may be Konami bugs. Therefore if referee discovers player leaves the table, player will be asked to provide your decklist screenshot in the match. If that player does not give screenshot before next game. A DQ lose will be given.

● Remember to respect all of opponents, referees and MoDs. Even we did not request for any entry fee it is still not a place let you just for fun. If we discover team members' attitude is bad or arguing in match or chatting channel and still ignore referee exhortations. Referee can give punishment depend on the situation. The worst will be banned from this league forever.

● If there is any conflict during the match please tag MoDs or referees directly. Next game will be paused and timer will stop until the judgement is done. If duel has started we will not pause it. After the judgement please declare next player in 2 minutes, and next player must on the table in 2 minutes after declaring. The player violates it will be regarded as violating time keeping rules.

● Empire Contract：
Everything punishment is basically judged by referees and MoDs, we may revise the rule suddenly or add some new rules. If you have any feedback or opinions welcome to leave messages to MoDs politely. MoDs may adapt your suggestion and restart the match if necessary. Emphasize once again if you are impolite about it we can still punish you.
